When there is an International flute competition like the Carl Nielsen concerto in 2010 or any other competitions like that Do you have to be like a college graduate in order to compete? or can anyone compete like a high school student?

The Rules for the Carl Nielsen flute competition don't specify what level of education you need. "The competition is open to flutists of all nationalities under the age of 30[. . .]"

if youre a high schooler entering in these international competitions (especially the ones that cost a pretty penny to enter), you must be one helluva musician. or a deep pocketbook.

Also you may want to take the amount of pressure, and standar of playing. Think seriously before sending away that entry fee, see if you can attend one first befor entering it.
