Yeah, I`m trying to just find a couple songs that I can just print off the sheet music for. My mom doesn`t believe that my boyfriend can play Jethro Tull`s flute solos >_<

I have found several Jethro TUll MIDI files by doing a search on Jethro Tull and MIDI. With the right software, you can print it out. Cakewalk`s Home Studio, Yamaha XGWorks, etc. are commercial software that will do it. I am certain that there is other free or shareware software out there that will do it.

As a followup:

www.anvilstudio.com

They offer a free MIDI music reader. You can load any MIDI file and look at a single music track in a staff format. This is only for PCs not for Macs.

This means that you can do a search on Jethro Tull and MIDI music and download the song.

Bring up anvil studio and load up the song that you want to see. Click on the music voice that you want to see the staff music for.

If you want to print the music, you will need to purchase that option.

Email me if you have questions.

Ole

most of his solos sound very improvised, to me... it seems like it`d be near impossible to put it down onto paper but goodluck! :-d
