If they don't show the model of clarinet at musicmedic.com, it's similar to the Boosey and Hawkes clarinets I think. They have a guarantee that you can send five pads back that don't fit.
B&H used to make a Regent but I don't think they ever produced a metal version. It's unlikely that any-one will have on record pad sizes & thickness for an old off-brand clarinet like that. The only way to be sure to get the correct size pads even on a recognised brand is to measure the cups yourself & order those sizes.
