I can`t speak to music123, however www.wwbw.com is using the same web site engine, has mostly the same prices/selection & I`ve been buing things from them for over 12 years (originally through their mail order catalog)- now and then there`s a glitch but after a phone call it gets straightend out - it`s usually something like the item wasn`t backordered until they pulled the order & they found out they were out of stock.

I`ve only heard positive things about music123 and wwbw.com--I`ve ordered from them twice and my father (a guitarist) has ordered there multiple times. Always arrives on schedule. Prices are great.

That said, I haven`t met anyone who has bought an actual instrument from this site. Their return policy looks pretty good (they do take back instruments in "original working condition") but I don`t know if that means you can play it before you send it back dissatisfied. Like most instrument purchases online, it`s definitely a gamble. You save money, but it might be a multi-thousand-dollar mistake if the instrument is a lemon and youc an`t return it.

as far as wwbw goes, I bought my second Bach Strad from them & my brother got his yamaha student tenor sax & a wwbw brand soprano from them, these instruments came out just fine.
