Can a B flat trumpet be "tuned" to be the same as a "C" trumpet in order to play together with some old organs and pianos's without needing to transpose the trumpet sheet music?

Tool is a figure of speech. The only tool required (and available) for transposing is your brain I'm afraid

I use my ears more than anything when I transpose!

you need to go up 2 semitones and add on a sharp or two! and play it higher than its written

A C trumpet can be tuned down to a Bb trumpet pitch but will throw the instrument out of tune with itself.
A Bb trumpet can not be tuned up to a C trumpet because the lead pipe and tuning slide is too long.

In order to play with concert pitched instruments, you must learn to transpose (read one full step higher than is written for Bb trumpets).
