The lowest note for the violin is G with a double ledger line in the treble clef. Its highest...well, it can go as high as 5/6 ledger lines up or even higher(depending on yr capability). The harp`s range is the same as the piano.

The lowest note for the cello is Bass clef double ledger line C note. The highest is around treble clef high G and up a little further. Depending on yr capability also. But this is the general guideline. Doucle ledger line C to high G.
