I was wondering...Do you think antique or older violins sound better or have a better tone? I have an about 1 year old violin that sounds great but then I have another violin that is from like sometime in the 1900`s. When I play the one from the 1900`s (It was made sometime early in the 1900`s. I forgot what year.) the sound, sounds so much richer and more alive than my 1 year old one. What do you think?
