Hey

I have been playing violin for 7 years now and want some cool music to play. Any Pieces recommended?

I've been playing for 10 and you wouldn't think it! Does anyone have any tips on writing their own stuff? My boyfriend writes his own songs on the acoustic guitar and asked me to play but I can't write music when he just gives me the chords. Sitting down with a piece of written music is fine, but I don't have a clue when it comes to composing!

lol lilred, I have been playing for nearly eleven, and you probably wouldn't know it unless I told you I am glad to read that somebody else feels the same as I do!

I get really frustrated when i play in group but can't be heard above the other instruments. It's a shame the violin is quiet compared to other instruments.

hey guys i got a quick question. i'm playing for a concert and my teacher told me to choose a solo piece to play. i don't know what to play and i've been playing for 8 years so can someone give me some suggestions? thanks!

Thanks alot surfinbela its a great idea. I will definately try it if i can get my hands on the money to buy it. Its not easy to beg your dad for 200 euros you know.
