I was thinking one of the professional Antonio Ceruti violins by Gliga. Does anyone have any experiences with these? There are no reviews on them!

Well it depends I guess, are you just starting out cause if you are, perhaps you could rent first. If you've been playing for awhile perhaps you can email violin makers or stores to see what would be the best violin for you. You want to do a lot of research on the instrument your interested in because you can waste a lot of money if you just go ahead and buy one without trying to find good info or reviews. What would probably be the best is if you can try playing different violins at a music store that way you can hear what it sounds like b4 buying it. Hope this help!

You should really go to your nearest violin shop and try out several. Find one that suits you. Gliga violins are ok for a student, but you will have to upgrade if you plan to become a serious player. Good luck in your search!

Definately check out a string shop. The drool factor alone is worth the trip.

Here is an article from Time Magazine about Vasile Gliga's violins. I hope it is helpful!
