K guys, just go to www.rampacy.net, you have to make an account before you can even access the halo music.. thats why its hard to go around on there. You have to sign in with your email or account name! then just got to halo(above myth) on the left hand side.
Then from there pick your file and download it!

Anyways, i've got the earth city suite from halo 2 transposed to the alto-sax on my computer @ my grandparents, i did it a while ago using sibelius
