uhh, be VERY CAREFUL! the neck is verry easy to bend and damage.... i would just wriggle it a bit, slowly twist off. Has this always been a problem? if it is recent it may be that your neck has been damaged in some way and isn't fitting properly, it might be a good idea to get someone to check it out or the metal could have expanded/shrunk due to weather change...
Otherwise i don't really know what you could do... maybe there is some sort of grease/oil that you can put on it to help it slide out? perhaps the valve oil that is used for trumpets?
anyway, it would be best to ask your teacher/local music shop/instrument maintenance.
Ambrose.

What does exgzams mean? Try cleaning your neck with alcohol, inside, oud out.

Clean it, both parts - the neck and the inside of the body of the sax with a soft cloth. For me, when my neck starts sticking it is just dirty.

egzams? use? Im sorry but I don't normally get mad when people mispell things or leave out punctuation in the wrong places but seriously thats terrible I can barely read what you are saying! You don't need help with your neck you need to get a 1st grade education.
