Hi! I feel I have a collegial duty to tell everyone about a fantastic book I have read. It’s called Performing in the Zone. It contains concrete exercises and tips on how to handle your nerves and balance your energy when performing and auditioning. Many books of this type can be a little ‘flakey’.
