I am trying to learn how to improvise the blues. Where do I start?

Thanks

Probobly the most important thing to do is to just learn (and perfect) blues scales. Minors, Melodics, everything, you name it!

Then from there find some notes in the right key that sound good, and bop on those a while. Find some rhythms you like, and take it from there. Add some notes, change some notes, add some rhythms, change some rhythms! And that will bring you from fiddleing around on your instrument to playing it.

Good Luck!
