Rachmaninov wrote a symphonic poem called Prince Rostislav. The song was based upon a poem written by Alexei Konstantinovich Tolstoy. Does anyone know the name of the poem?

I believe the name of the poem may be "Prince Serebryany", but I could not say for sure.
