I did enjoy this piece! Everything worked together well and created a mood of suspense. I too haven't seen the film and look forward to hearing the other pieces inspired by this film.

In fact it's nothing to do with the film, but the legend. According to the legend a women called Elly Kedward (the Blair Witch) kidnapped children and killed them in her house. This piece is about them.

I can't comment on it's reference to the film (I haven't seen the film), but in a stand alone context this piece works well, and I look forward to listening to the rest of the suite.
