About Me

I am 16 and I have been playing the clarinet since I was 11. I live in the middle of nowhere Va. Ive tried out for district band 3 times and ive made it twice yay and this past year I was last chair in the top band. Im a junior at fort chiswell high school and im 3rd chair clarinet in marching band and concert band :) one of my best friends is peanutwalrus even though she is colorguard haha. She is the one that gave me the name Bam-Bam.

playing my Bb clarinet(well duh)ummm...marching band even tho there is way to much DRAMA for me:), concert band is my favourite kind of band even tho everyone at my school hates it, drama(idk how i got into this one cause i hate getting up in front of people and acting lol), reading, swimming, texting my friends from school and from district band.

I'm not really sure since everything is done by school size. I know they are a 2A school, but they aren't competing in KMEA this year.

That explains a lot. Ours is done by school size 1A through 5A. It was done by band size (1A through 4A) until 2004, so we are still new to this class system.

Your class system must be different than KY's.

They've kinda been dropping the past few years, at least in KMEA standards.

They actually changed our class system in 2005 from band size to school size.

I know who they are. They are actually a 2A band since 2006. They were 3A in 2005. I don't think I've heard of them being in 1A.
