If I didnt play violin I would of probably learned sax. I also like music from movies, such as,"The Color Purple" and "Casa Blanca". I really enjoyed that one. A few others I could recommend right now would be Northwest Rising, POTC, and In All Its Glory (the time signature changes look fun!).
