you should ask him how to fix it so you can learn to do it on your own, it has a better fealling when you do it yourself thats why i never let any one elde do it for me

well i think it depends on the thickness of the string i use to play the guitar with alot of different strings when i was younger but i made sure that there were the same thickness, but that was when i was younger im not to sure if it makes much of a diference or not

thats cool what kind of guitar is it
jona
ok well on theniest e string the first fret is an f which is the first open space at the top of an treble clef staff
im not to familar with chords but you can convert piano chords to power chords and it would almost sound the same just alittle heavier

well i wish you good luck at learning i taught manny people how to play before and usually the student learns real fast and its easy for them or theyhave a real hard time getting it and takes for ever, but you already play another instrument so i think it should come to you naturally.if you need any help with the learning you can just ask me and ill tell you what i know.

for guitar standard tuning is E,B,G,D,A,e so the last 4 strings are the same. how does the violen name the strings top to bottom or from bottom to top
jona
i think you would be able to play guitar with little problems though, its only two more strings than violen and the fingerings are almost the same, right?
jona
wow how long have you been a musician, since you benn playing those instruments for a while now.
