Hey im from New Orleans, and I`m in the middle of restoring my house. The past few months i have been shoveling, painting, lifting things, and using bleach; and my hands are in worst condition possible. I play the piano and the guitar, I hsvn`t been playing the piano because i don`t have one anymore but it hurts to play the guitar and now my hands are bandaged. I am in desperate need for any suggestions to help my hands recover so i can play music again.
