dose any one know what the girl and guy are saying near the end of the video? and can some one aslo explain to me why they cant see each other any more?

Um. I'm pretty sure the girl doesn't say anything. And the guy is thinking this, "There's someone I'm in love with. Although I can't be with her now... I'm still in love with her." <- Got that from Xiuke.
And what do you mean they can't see each other in the end? If you meant when they both had the bandages on...I guess it'd be because...they just went through surgery and had bandages on? But if you meant the end, I think the girl saw him?
And the guy didn't, as he's blind (corneal transplant).
