Hi, I think this is how you do these things! UMMM... I have a problem, I have a dress already picked out for prom, but it is white with little black flowers on it. My mother said that I can only keep it if I incorporate a little color into it somehow. Is there any way that I could do this with out looking like a complete idiot?? Also, since my dress is white, should I tan so that I am not so white? Thank you very much!
