Anyone ever heard of the Japanese brand of Oboe Called Maestro? I was wondering if they were worth purchasing? I have found a grenilla wood Maestro Oboe that is brand new and the price is great.

Thanks,

Mark

Yamaha instruments work real good, so I see no objection to purchasing it.

Hi

I recently bought a Maestro oboe and I have a question. Is it supposed to have a left hand side key near the top of the upper key joint like, say, Selmer oboes do? Mine doesn`t have this key and I was wondering if it was supposed to or not. Thanks

Rachel

Do you like your Maestro oboe? Will shops in the US work on them?
thanks!
