most music stores sell them or you could try ebay.com but dont go to cheap i got a $100 flute and it sucked so watch out for bad deals on ebay

"Good" and "Armstrong" should not be used in the same sentence, unless you are talking beginner flutes. For a good intermediate flute, Gemeinhardt is the universal standard. I guarantee if you go into a college band room, most of the concert flutes are Gemeinhardt. The flute majors, however, use professional flutes which may or may not be Gemeinhardt. Been there, done that.
