it seems like everytime i start a topic it turns into an arguement of maturity from someone giving bad advice.
So just to be clear, having your teeth almost closed WONT affect your tone?
Thanks

i have an overbite, and i play with my teeth very close together, and i`ve never had a problem with my tone. it`s just if they`re too close and you get an "airy" sound, then you should try to space them out a little farther. otherwise, i dont think it should matter, just as long as you sound great! tip: listen to a recording of a professional player. compare your sound/tone to theirs. then you can experiment and try to match their tone. it worked for me. i hope this helped.

It has little to do with whether or not you have a silver Piccolo, it`s how much air you blow into the piccolo, expertiment with it and you shall see. I don`t have a silver one and it still sounds great!
