I love the "navel view" pics, but I must admit I don`t know anyone whose navel points up!

Which pics do consider "naval"? I can`t tell what could possibly look like a navel.

The ones under which it says "navel view", below the ones labelled "nostril view".

Put the flute in a playing position....
Perhaps the nostril viesw is with the camera positioned at the player`s or observer`s nostril, and the navel view is with the camera positioned at one`s navel?
