Does anyone know of a free website where I could up load some of my music collection for others to be able to download? It would be a lot easier than sending all my Christmas music my email. Thanks!

Specifically the part about:

In addition, an infringer of a work may also be liable for the attorney`s fees incurred by the copyright owner to enforce his or her rights."

Just to clarify, it does not refer to posting copyrighted items where money is not charged. IOW / The amount charged or not charged is irrellevant.

This is why I don`t recommend going after free music or posting free music for others to DL.

Bilbo, I am so glad that you wrote that. I was wondering myself about that. My husband and I had a lengthy discussion last night and I have decided not to post anymore music on my site, just incase. The only thing I had posted was Christmas music.

Didn`t want to be a wet rag on the fun but I couldn`t imagine any flutist paying $30K to $150K per infraction for that.... and your Christmas pages had the current copyright printed right at the bottom of the image.
