I worried about nothing! Uggh! He refunded my money to me and hasn`t even gotten the flute yet. I worry to much. Thank you to eveyone that has helped.

To Mrs. C. It is most likely true about consumer rights laws here in US but the real crimp on this issue is that to pursue a complaint would most likely cost more than the amount gained in any settlement. I would also think that there is some statute of limitations on reasonable returns (where it becomes too late to return something in a case like this) but 3 days is very constrictive and probably not feasable. I think that most flute shops give a week or longer in the hands of the customer for a trial period.
