Hey everyone! What do flute warranties cover? Just speaking generally, since it probably varies from different makers. I just recently bought a flute and I can`t play high F because one of the keys won`t close. Is that something the warranty will cover or wont? Thanks.

Yes, it should cover it. What brand are we talking about? Most warranties will cover things like that unless the flute has been abused by the owner.

Whew, that`s a relief. The flute is a Pearl. Also, is there any way to prove that you didn`t abuse it?

Unless it is bent in half or a key has been ripped off, I don`t think you need to worry, they won`t questions something minor like an adjustment.

Thanks for all your help! I just got worried since I wasn`t sure if the key not closing would be a major problem or not.
