Hi! I`m currently listening to "Carnival of Venice" (recorded by Sir James Galway), and I was just wondering if any of you knew of a good student arrangement of this piece. If you could please give me the name of the arranger, that would be most helpful! Thanks!

I have a shorter version of it with just the basic melody in a student book. I can email it to you if you give me your email adress.

Here is the ACTUAL original James Galway played version. It is in midi form, so just download the free midinotate PLAYER. On the virtual sheet music Right click where it says allegretto midi and save it to your computer open it midinotate player, and there you go

Yes, he did play it as fast as the file. It`s so fun to listen to. I wonder what style of articulation he used. I`ve only been exposed to double and triple tounging, so it might be something totally different. My technique teacher at Blue Lake said that I need to learn how to "forward tounge in the French style" and I had no idea as to what she was talking about. Maybe he was forward tounging...I don`t know.
