Someone was looking for a piece that had a good flute solo and in it and I remembered playing a fun number that isn't terribly difficult.

Jungle Fantasy (A full recording, flute solo enters a 2:40)

It's just a pricey arrangement for someone to just get on their own. It sells for $74 for all parts and score, but only $14 for just the score at various places.

I wish I had thought to make a copy of the music so you can see how it reads, but it is fun. I remember it going quite a bit faster than that recording though.

Oh my! That site had another piece I loved! Rhapsody for Hanukkah has some great beautiful little flute solos spread throughout and one great long speeding sixteenth number for the flute section as a whole. Really fun!

(I did copy this one! :op)

Hey, I played Rhapsody for Hanukkah at my wind ensemble concert last December. Yes, there are many flute solos spread throughout the song. I love playing them.
