Just a note on the leak light....Some flute pads are translucent and will allow light from such devices to show even when the pads are sealing on the top of the tonehole properly, which makes it very difficult to trust what the leak lights seem to be showing you (unless you know the pads on the flute in question are opaque, such as J.S. Gold pads). A better solution is a leak meter, unless you want to go the traditional route and use a cigarette paper and a carefully trained eye to spot leaks.
