bass guitar:quiet but tough

some you might not agree with but this is the first time i have ever done a topic like this and these are like the kids in my school who play those certain instruments

With all due respect, you can't truly know a person's personality based on which instrument they play. I saw where someone put that piano players are "laid back". I get criticized sometimes for being a very intense person, and I'm sad to say that the gears in my head are always turning. I find it almost impossible to be "laid back". So, really, you can't speak for everyone when you decide personalities for something such as an instrument.

Well, it wasn't me. I personally find it interesting but illogical. I saw it was one of the most recent topics so I clicked it.

i totally agree.... im play the flute and it my hs we are crazy (and full of drama). the drummers are full of themselves.... french horn makes fun of the flute..... and no offence to the clarinets but there just.... well there.

Well i don't know about some of those. I play like 6 things. and I've been in 3 different bands( on account i can't seem to stay at one high school for very long)
Flutes---> smart, kinda agressive, likes to take the back seat and let someone else have control
Clarinet----> shy but outgoing,easygoing, doesn't get mad easy.
Sax---> Likes to take control, funny, doesn't let people walk all over them
Trumpets----> talkative, cocky
Snare Drums----> Funny, flirtatious, hot blooded
Base Drum--->quite
Quads---> bubbly and likes to have fun

What I'm going to say applies to our school based on what type of people seem to be attracted to what instrument here.

Flute: Apparently Quiet, Happy (6th graders = LOUD though)
Clarinet: Always Bored, Almost as quiet as flute
Sax: Likes to Impress, Smiles a Lot
Trumpet: Average Person (Higher Chairs a little more playful, Lower Chairs goofy)
Trombone: Quiet, Intelligent (they're all in the gifted program here), not very good at trombone
Baritone: JOKER JOKER JOKER JOKER! Dry Humor.
Tuba: Um...since that's me...and I only can relate to the HS tuba players... I guess I can CONFIRM that we're all VERY VERY goofy. Jokers XL, spontaneous
Percussion: Similar to tuba, except a whole lot louder and can be a lil more disciplined with practice
F Horn: Deadly Quiet...least known person in school (why I barely remembered her).

NON-BAND : That would be a non-musical personality...and not my favorite one either. The usual Jock or something.

not all non-band people are not musical..what about string players, pianists, singers, organists, etc,etc?
