I played that song last week. It sounds really rich on my gold flute too.

Yeah, I played a flute quartet arrangement of that my sophomire year. It's not actually particularly obscure, but it is a gorgeous piece when played well.

I played it my freshman year.

Thank you, but I can answer for myself. It is 14 Karat gold plated Gemeinhardt KG Limited with a Sheridan headjoint. I am not about to shell out that kind of money for an all gold flute when really it is for bragging rights only. (Just my opinion.) I have a severe reaction to silver, thus having to have it all gold plated.

I lived in the US all the way up until the middle year of my freshman year. I move around a lot, but this is the first time I moved outside of the US.
