I can't find this model on the Armstrong website. I take it that it's no longer being made? The flute itself is supposedly new, and the seller seems to have quite a few past models (like model 80's) as well. I've been looking around trying to get an idea of what's out there in all-sterling plateau-models with B-foot, and not finding much (in my price range ). Do the manufacturers list all models on their websites, or is it best to inquire?

Seems that armstrong did stop offering those models.
I think the best to do is to contact the factory.

Believe it, I've bought a "suposed" new flute, with 3-4 years of manufacturing, according to the dealer. After a simple email contact to the factory, informing the serial number and model, they just came with the truth: The flute was in fact 11 years old... They even told the day and month of manufacturing!
In spite of that, I was lucky because the price was very competitive, and the flute was really in new condition.
