How do you like Europian music?Especially East-Europian music!

I've played a couple concerts of just new music by European composers (in the regions of Austria and Germany for the most part), and just as with music from elsewhere, I liked some of it, and didn't like other pieces. I've also played a few pieces by Eastern European composers, and for the most part I have liked it. It's got a different feel than music from other regions.

At the orchestra I'm always very excited when it comes to play Dvorak's Symphonies. Also the Cello concerto from the same composer is a must (the second movement is just a poem for cello and flute).

the Martinů flute sonata is a wonderful one.

And not really Europe, but still East. Taktakishvilli's sonata is one I studied when I was at uni and really love.
