False advertising, stupidity, or a combination of the two? As far as I can fathom, it's a First Act flute in a Yamaha case. Why, I do not know.

I don't think it's either. The seller has explicitly stated both in the description and the answers to others' questions that the flute is from First Act, while the case is from Yamaha. Doesn't seem like false advertising to me, so long as that's true. I can't vouch for the seller's stupidity one way or the other, but nothing there strikes me as particularly offensive to the mind.

Have to agree with Chris on this one actually. The title line at the top is not correct, but the rest of the ad does clearly state it is a First Act flute. She probably titled it that way to get more hits.

Oh, I know. It's the headline that drew me in to start with. The rest is just funny in a stupid sort of way.

I like the "Short Flute" being advertised by another seller, too.
