I was wondering where I could possibly find a recording of Fantaisie Pastorale Hongroise (Hungarian Pastorale Fantasy.) I would like to hear different interpretations of the piece as well how it is to be played as written. I am a highschool student who has just purchased it, so any advice on ways of interpretation would be valued and appreciated. Thanks!

I would suggest fluteworld. They have an extensive collection of recordings for sale, and given that the Hungarian Fantasie is pretty much a standard part of the rep. you should be able to find quite a few recordings of it by different performers. I would strongly suggest giving Paul Fried's rendition a listen if you can get a hold of it.

you may also find it on amazon.com, if you can get the piece narrowed down to the CD, Rampal made a good recording of it years ago if you can find it, may even be on I-Tunes

the only recording i have is of marcel moyse playing it, with louis moyse on piano .... on a cd. Unfortunately the sound quality is understandably pretty bad and they both sound like they're playing in the shower. I must get around to getting a different version, it's a great piece of music
