Ok i know i might sound a little crazy.... but has anyone other then me named your flute.... Mines Megrif...

Prism is my spoiled Powell as Dennis likes to call her. haha!

My flute does not have a name but my wood headjoint does. His name is M'Pingo, which is Swahili for Grenadilla, or African Blackwood.

I named my flute Gisella. =)

mine is called "KIWEE" it sounds equally crazy in my opinion...hehe actually i came up w/ this name just now...haha but i guess it ll stay that way forever

if it's sweet and i do all the notes I call it Shurley like the drink shurley temples
and if its bad (well if i play it bad) I call it Dumb Dumt............please don't ask

one of my friends named hers ps2 because it had that on there sooo..... i named mine megrif because in one of my storys i am writing that is the name of the elf who is evil but then turns good tords the end!

My DC Pro doesn't have a name, exactly... it's known to other people in the bands and groups I play in as "the gold one" (it has gold plated keys, mouthplate, ect... and looks pretty flashy). I've thought about naming it, but it's just my "Pro."

i occasionly call my flute "my precious". Kind of like from lord of the rings. Thats cause I just got it last summer and I love it!!!!!!!

I did name my silver piccolo 'Fleur', after the Harry Potter gal. Fleur the piccolo has flowers engraved on the embouchure plate and hand saddles.

mine's pain-in-the-butt lol. mine never sounds clear and is always sharp so that's how it got it's name. haha like it?
