Please clarify what you want to do:

If you have recorded music of some support, the easiest way is to convert it to mp3, which is the present "de facto" standard for music files distribution:

- If the music is on a CD, you can make the conversion directlñy with Real Player or similar products.
- If you or some else performs the music "live" in a normal (not a MIDI) instrument, then you must input it to the PC first. You need a microphone, a good sound card installed in the PC and suitable software. I use SW from the sourceforge, the name is Audacity. It is simple, good and free. Probably not for professional jobs.

- If it happens you are playing your music on a MIDI instrument (not a flute, probably), such as a keyboard, you can make a MIDI file with suitable SW. I use Finale, but there are others that are less expensive. Once you have your MIDI file in the PC, you can convert it to mp3 (at least this is possible with the later versions of Finale).

Once you have your mp3 file, you can paste it to your Email, upload it to public places or distribute it on CD, DVD or any other suitable support.

Hope this helps
