Sorry I could not identify what are "gigglies" It seems to be a wide sense word and used for several different things. The closest I can imagine is a kind of silly laugh. Did you refer to that?

"Gigglies" refers to what happens when you get several girls of similar age together, and they talk about this and that, and eventually find EVERYTHING amusing, and giggle uncontrollably. This is very common at a sleep-over, a birthday party, or a long bus trip to some extra-curricular school program.

Now I use those feet flip-flops every day in the swimming pool...
