i got rejected from indiana university and now im forced to go to uconn. haha hows that for a blow to the self esteem. even when i go to the all state festivals and new englands ill sit next to a freshman or sophmore and they'll be like wow this music is so easy when i can barely play it. i dont even know how i got there. and when i think im doing so well i look at my peers who got into iu and who got into julliard and who won all of these amazing competitions and realize that im not.

but i still continue to work hard because there is always that little voice that says...maybe i can still do it.
