Go to a doctor and get professional help with it, there is obviously a problem. As far as the twitching goes...what kind of twitching are you talking about? Do you suffer from Turett's syndrom?

okay....are you being serious, or is this something I'm not catching on to?

Fluid leaking into the brain? twitching? These are serious things, if you are just kidding around, please be sure to indicate that in your post.

If you are serious, do get more info from your doctor.

I have some back pain most of the time. I try to ignore it.

I am not sure if ignore a consistent problem like that is good. There is a reason your back hurts and it shouldn't be ignored.

It most certainly has not been ignored, as per your misperception.

I'm sorry but you may see how I could have mispercepted it when you wrote...

whytf would I be joking about crap as serious as that?
I have been going to a doctor(I went on Feb.28)and he saisd I ahave to go to anopther doctor.Which will be another 3 month delay.
Which in twitch time=MUCHO PAIN AND SUFFERING!!!!!
But I cant really afford going to the doctor all the time....
Its expensive...my mom has to pay 33%.....
But the doctor said the fluid should stop leaking into my brain. He said the thing that is causing the leaking ashould heal itself(which it prolly wont knowing my luck)
Its terrible I had more back pain today and I had to waddle like a penguin to wlak to my classes..... :'(

Well, I guess we really can't do anything about your medical issues (especially as serious as they sound), but you have gotten some comments about trying to play flute with back pain.
I personally have found it very difficult to play with back &/or shoulder pain. If you can get some physical therapy I have found that it really helps. They give you specific strengthening exercises etc.

I do not want to scare you and I sincerely hope your problem has nothing to do with Myoclonus or with other neurological disorders.

But I was curious about the meaning of "twitches" and found an article in Wiki: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Myoclonus

I believe it is better to consider (and discard, if possible) this kind of illness and in any case to consult an specialist as soonest possible.

For the moment, I would refrain from playing the flute, as it involves your back, neck and shoulders. Better wait a few days until the situation is clarified.

I wish you the best.

Glad to hear you are feeling better.

I do not know what "turetz" can be. It could be misspelled. Can you clarify?

I believe this is what the OP is talking about:

Thanks. The wiki article on Touretts syndrome is very detailed and comprehensive. It seem to be a milder condition than Myoclonous or other serious neurological disorders. But I did not see a relationship with severe twitches being one of its symptoms.

Of course I have no clue (and also no right) to believe that there could be a drug abuse related problem (as hinted in the wiki article). But I prefer to risk and mention it, as it could have, were it the case, a very simple remedy. Or so I would like it to be.

I was referring to this:

"Oh the twitches...
My head hits my left shoulder...
Sometimes hard and sometimes its light.."
