Personally I would not suggest WWBW if they're even doing business any more (they went bankrupt late last year or early this year). What you're looking for in a piccolo will really dictate where you should look, but as Shawn mention, Fluteworld, The Flute Center of New York, Carolyn Nussbaum, Flute Specialists, etc. all have a selection of piccolos that you can choose from. Be sure to choose one made of a material appropriate to what you'll be using it for (i.e. don't buy a wooden piccolo if you'll be marching with it), and be sure to playtest as many options as you possibly can. It's VERY important that you find a piccolo that matches your playing (perhaps even more important than finding such a flute, since piccolos are particularly finnicky). Blind tests will be your friend while you're figuring out what suits you best.
