OK, I have played on many piccolos, mainly school owned ones, my favorite was a gemeinhardt 4PSH, but I quit marching band, so I do not have that anymore, the piccolo I owned does not play at all, the pads are ripped, and coming off, but its not woth fixing(nickel) i need a more advanced piccolo. I really want a wooden piccolo, and I really, really miss not having a piccolo to play, I would even love to get a piccolo, that is wooden, and I would have to repair, i could raise the money and get things fixed at a time, probably enjoy it too, but I can not afford any piccolos, or even some plastic models, does anyone know where i could get a wooden piccolo, in good, or in need of repair condition thanks.

I wouldn't count on being able to fix a piccolo's issues one at a time. If it's in serious need of repair (which a good wooden picc probably will be to come as cheap as you'd like it), it will cost a significant amount of money (likely several hundred dollars) to get it in good playing condition again, and until it's fully restored, it will not play as well as it could. I would suggest saving your money for a while, and either renting-to-own or buying a good used instrument (that doesn't need too much work).
