Someone is trying to sell me a Yamaha 584 for 1100 dollars but i'm a little skeptical. I have narrowed it down to either a Orpheo 615 or this one but i don't want to get ripped off

That is a fine price for the Yamaha if it is in good condition. Have you tried the Orpheus flute? I wouldn't waste your money on that one. You will be MUCH better with the Yamaha. Just my two cents.
