Ghost click in G#

Hey. Something weird happened a few days ago... wednesday, methinks. My G# thingie started clicking, and was slightly heavier to press. So I thought "Well, looks like someone wants some oil", but I was in the middle of my practice, so I kept playing. Weird thing is, after a few bars, the clicking and the toughness were gone, and hadn't returned.

Was it a little piece of something stuck there, that just fell?
Was it something else?

And, most important, and the question I would like some help with:

Should I be worried?

Micron, I checked my grip and the shaft and I don't think that's the case, but maybe that day I was too tired or something and I did touched it. I'll double-check when I'm practising.

And Alieannie, I'll make sure to remember it, but I'm yet to find a good technician in my area. Oh well.
