Hello everyone! I figured it was about time that I dust off the old account and get back into the community (I feel like it's been years since I've been here!). Anyway, I'm looking for good piccolo solos with band accompaniment. Possibly a movement from the Liebermann Concerto, but I'm not sure if it has band accompaniment available. It's for a competition this February, and the piece needs to be between three and eight minutes. Available band accompaniment is a must! I wanted to audition on piccolo because I figured that the majority of applicants will be auditioning on flute and other more common band instruments than picc, and for the judges, it'll be something new and fresh. So, if anyone knows of any lovely possibilities for me, that would be awesome! Thank you all!

Liebermann does NOT have band accompaniment. Concertos are typically written for orchestra accompaniment unless written with a subscript of "with wind orchestra" or something of the sort.
There are many sites online with lists, just do a search. It's not very difficult to find one, if not many. Besides, you can also pick a flute piece and play it on piccolo if flashy enough.
