One detail that confuses me is that they seem to accept payments through Paypal (and Western Union). Western Union is very risky for payments in Internet, but Paypal has a reputation and sometimes they protect the buyer against scammmers.

I had an issue with a chinese vendor sometime ago and although the claiming period had expired (it coincided with my holidays), I insidted and finally they pressed the vendor to return me the money. It works!

Maybe I found a real bargain source and we can buy Powells for almost nothing... I still do not believe it.

The thing is, as far as I know, Powell does not make their flutes in China with possibly the exception of the Sonare.

Could it have been a Sonare?
