Why do I need to brag with grades? grades is for amateurs, I have already past all those last year. I am in dipABRSM level already which I 'humbly' did not mention. I talked about grades because I want people to know that a beginner's student flute can even get them very good results on all grades, I am even using it for my dips. I post my videos all over the youtube and mentioned 211 flute that I used, to prove my point! To prove my idol Emmanuel Pahud's point, it is us not the flute!

I go seriously for music and flute at 13 and aim for orchestra at 14, you know I will go very far. I will not be amateurs. Why do I need to brag. My grandma sponsor all the education and the best teachers available for me etc. But I still love my 211!!

In this post, I teach and correct the thinkings of those mislead/misguide people by vendors, I am telling them Yamaha student flute is an underestimated flute, and that 211 is the best flute for them! Why do I need to lie? I don't sell flute online like you. I am not a vendor.

<Added>

My grandma bought me the Sankyo Artist, all silver (including the keys are also silver) for over US$5000, 4 years ago, but I never used it:

I hated its NRS-1 headjoint!

<Added>

Yamaha's CY headjoint is very versatile! It's a simple headjoint, but you can put in any tone or sound you want. Pahud said in orchestra you need a simple cutting to give a lot of changes.

Don't worry I am done educating, I am leaving this amateur forum, it's all yours now.

Wow! I didn't mean to make you so defensive! If you feel like you are so good allready and that you need to post on youtube to prove yourself, then good for you! It is wonderful that you have such a great self esteem. I agree, the Yamaha student flute is wonderful and you do a great job on one. Huffing off like this and calling us an amateur forum will not get you far in the professional world. You have a lot of growing up to do. It will only come with time like it has the rest of us. I can't say that I personally will miss your ego here, but bye...

<Added>

Okay, that is just wrong! Those pictures of the Sankyo was from another seller. How do I know? Because that is what I do. It is perfectly fine if you can't get the professional flute that you want. A big percentage of us can't afford what we would like. You are not alone. Give it some time, you will get there :)

"Okay, that is just wrong! Those pictures of the Sankyo was from another seller."

Yep. And if it was never used, it wouldn't have the fine scratches that are visible in the photo...

Hey, I hate people calling me a liar!!!
go to my blog on Xanga, those pictures were uploaded to my blog on September 9th 2008!!(not today)
http://johannofmyo.xanga.com/photos/5/

They are my flutes and headjoints that my grandma and my uncle gave me!! (but I use only 211)

You want more proof? I will upload the video to youtube soon.

I only played the flute 5 times after my grandma bought me NEW. It looks shiny to naked eyes, but I don't know why under the camera it 'looked' like it has scratches(not it's not!), maybe a repair tech like Micron can tell me why? it's the burnish process or plating reflection??

Why you western people always use the same trick over and over again on many forums, to first undermine people's credit by saying it's a fake, he's a liar, therefore anything he said is bull, un-trust worthy! And especially they hate young people with something to say or with too much EGO.

this is video of my Sankyo ARTIST flute that I have just uploaded. Hate people calling me liar or stealing people's ebay pictures!!! Hong Kong is a rich place, everybody uses flutes over US$2500~US$25000, why are you guys so surprised that we can afford good flute???

try something else to undermine my credit.

<Added>

Emmanuel Pahud signed my Sankyo ARTIST flute personally after a masterclass!! Use High-Quality to view my video, you can see there is no scratches, only oxidation - becoz I left it in my room for 4 years never used it, it has darken to a bit brownish, and some white molds only.

Call me anything, I don't mind, or call me big self EGO cheeky bragging stupid jerk good for nothing thinking he's somebody, but he's weak player with too much esteem, etc..... JUST DON'T call me a LIAR!! Stealing other vendors' pictures etc... otherwise, I am long gone, never come back....vendors....

Wow, you are so rich. I am so jalousie! I want a Sankyo and Yamaha too and a rich Grandma! But as you know, us western people are so poor. Please stop before you make an even more ass out of yourself!

<Added>

I can also tell by your house from your videos that you must be filthy rich too! I wish I could live there too. Us westerners can only afford moderate housing. I only am able to afford a four bedroom house.

I'm only a visitor here in your US music forum. I got nothing to lose, but whereas you the Vendors are making a fool of yourselves here, you need to continue to be here to sell your products to ignorant people there and on youtube, you have more to lose, I suggest you be cool and stop going low with me. LOL

Oh yep, you got me. You didn't prove anything by the way. The only thing that you have managed to prove to us is that you are completely stuck on yourself. Perhaps it is best if you go back to practicing your flute and making lovely music. You have a lot of potential, you just need to work on your attitude a bit.

Yeah, I know, I spent too much time lately on forums, back to scales time. I'm high IQ but low in EQ, but before leave I was just trying to prove that I'm not a liar or copycat stealing other people's flute pictures on ebay, that flute is my new Sankyo never used.

will everyone just stop arguing it is stupid- yes he can afford a good flute, yes he is a good flute player and yes that is his flute in a nice house, but what he was originally saying is how far one can get with a flute like a yamaha 211 and all he was saying was it was a good flute and he still stands by his despite having a 'better' one available, and yes all of us would like to be able to do that but most of us can't but it shouldn't matter we should accept that he was only trying to say that the original poster of this thread has made a good choice and we should not disrespect someone because he agrees with the choice made. Its arguments like this that lose us valuable contributors, but all of us on her have different lives but we are connected by one thing- the love of flute playing and the want to get better, while some of us seek advice others give it but that's all that should happen, not arguments but advice, general news and chatter about the flute playing world.

i am sorry but things like this annoy me if you don't like someone just ignore the posts.
