If this drama is going to continue, count me out. When it is over (if it ever is) I will check back in again. My friends know where to reach me.

Happy Fluting!

Hey dear friend, you know you're important here. :-)
You don't need to do this over teens...
They will eventually learn, life teaches...
Hope you don't go away for long.
regards,
Zevang

I second that.
Too Many people want to prove that they are better in some way
than others and this doesn't always promote goodwill in music.

When it's all said and done, maybe they will find the wisdom to
ask themselves what have they really proven?

I have been lucky enough not have read any of the trolling or annoying posts you refer to. I plan to continue that way, so I prefer not to investigate too much.

Leaving for a while is bad, but it can be far better than suffering those sad Phil-like episodes of the past.

The problem is that by leaving, one plays the game of the troller. Their game is to bust a place, whatever sick satisfaction this could give them.

Trollers are a act of Internet life, like A-Influenza or Dengue epidemics.

Sorry!

It appears as if we all have problems with continuing old drama, eh?
We all make mistakes, it is human nature, but how can we fix them when there is nobody left to fix them?
Please don't leave.

dont play dumb micron. u know that suzie was not the person i was referring to but to u. there is no reason to prolong a thread just for the sake of goading others. stop being such a bully. suzie made it clear that she left because of this. she is funny and a nice person and it is a shame that she has reverted to taking a break because of all the drama you seem to up root in your path. not foot stamping behavior but practical if this is upsetting her. everyone needs a break sometime. i have enjoyed reading this forum and dont post often only because of this.

Micron,

There is a difference between discussion and trolling and quite frankly, you've crossed that line. The discussion has been over and done with, and you keep dredging it up and causing strife. Causing strife and chaos (or at least refusing to let it die) is what trolling is. I come to this forum to read and to occasionally contribute to the discussion; I do not come here for the drama. Please do everybody a favor and learn the difference between the two before you drive more frequent posters away and kill the lively discussion that has been allowed to thrive here.

This will be my only post on this matter, I refuse to get sucked into this debacle. I just need to get this off my chest.

Many people take things differently. Once on here i was called obsessive because i wanted to be first chair in band. I, at the time was really mad, but now it is just stupid. People should put what is asked for and keep extra comments to themselves, it would get rid of the whole problem. Personally, from my point of view, the whole thing was an over reaction.

"
Did it ever occure(SP?) to anyone on here that trolls ussualy want ppl to quit?"

Not always. Although some of them may be out to destroy a group, many Trolls are doing it to either encourage ""discussions" that they know they are right about, they are trying to prove to their own selves that they know just as much as others or they are trying to psychologically "get back" at someone that they feel deserves some sort of this kind of ploy. In this respect, they don't want people to quit but they want more people to participate. It does very little good to show your cleverness in your sandbox if no one else gets to view it. So, they may end up being on multiple sites for their attention. No matter...we should try to get along, through discussion many of us have been around for a long time and I'd like to think that we all have learned something from each other.
